Since the company Ajnfach Woodworks, s.r.o. is concerned with the protection of personal data of customers, it approaches its collection responsibly and in accordance with regulations on personal data protection. This document describes which personal data is obtained when visiting and using www.ajnfach.com services, for what purpose this data is used and what are the other conditions of its processing.

SSL – the customer's personal data is transmitted securely thanks to encryption. The SSL (Secure Socket Layer) coding system is used. The website, as well as other personal data processing systems, are secured by appropriate technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, alteration and further dissemination of data by unauthorized persons.

Web hosting, operated by spol. Sicher s.r.o. uses certified cloud solutions according to the GDPR directive, including ISO 9001:2016, ISO 270014:2014 certificates.

In order to process statistical data on the use of the offer in the e-shop and the pages visited, Google Analytics services from Google are used, which is certified for the protection of personal data in the area of ​​monitoring web traffic.

Therefore, cookies may be created during the use of the website, which are not subject to the control of Sicher s.r.o. This is the case, for example, if the viewed website uses a tool for analysis or marketing automation from a third party (e.g. tools from Google, Facebook or Glami) or displays content third-party websites, e.g. YouTube. This results in the acceptance of cookies from these third-party services. The company Sicher s.r.o. cannot have control over the storage or access to these cookie files. If the customer wants to know how these third parties use them, read the privacy policy and cookie policy of their services.

In the browser settings, it is possible to determine whether cookies can be used or not. If, as a customer, you do not wish to be tracked exclusively on www.ajnfach.com, it is possible to express your disapproval (see point I. a) tracking of visited pages.

If the customer makes a purchase on the website www.ajnfach.com, the following data is collected to process the order:

The customer's personal data may be provided to a third party if this is necessary for the fulfillment of his orders and the proper fulfillment of the purchase contract. The email address serves as a means of communication. Confirmation of the order, as well as information on the progress of the delivery of the goods, will be sent to the specified email address. As part of the processing of the order and fulfillment of the purchase contract, the customer's data may be provided to the contractual logistics service provider. The data can be used by service providers exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the purchase contract. The company Sicher processes personal data only for the duration of the purpose for which it was obtained.

If the customer registers for future purchases on the website www.ajnfach.com , the following information is required:

• First and last name, e-mail address, postal address, billing address, telephone number.

If the customer orders a newsletter subscription:

• e-mail address, authorization status via the sent activation link, IP address

If the customer no longer wishes to receive newsletters, they can be unsubscribed at any time. Just click on the link in the footer of each such email or contact customer support.

On the website www.ajnfach.com, it is possible to use some forms to transfer data to Sicher, such as a question for a seller. If it is not personal data, these data will be stored in the fields of the form and statistically evaluated.

Every time you access the website www.ajnfach.com, usage data transmitted by the customer's internet browser is stored in log files, so-called Server Logfiles. Data sentences stored in this way contain the following data: date and time of access, URL address of the page, IP address, previous URL address (so-called referrer), amount of transferred data, as well as the User Agent transferred by the browser (possibly the type and version of the browser and the operating system used ).

"Ajnfach" solid furniture is not suitable for exterior use (if the supplier does not declare the possibility of exterior use for a specific piece of goods. In this case, it is an individually treated product based on an agreement with the buyer) and for its full functionality it must be placed indoors with a temperature of in the range of 10 - 30°C and air humidity in the range of 35 - 70%.

Everyone has the right to revoke their consent to data processing at any time with effect for the future. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter via the link in the footer of each of them. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of data processing carried out on the basis of this consent prior to its withdrawal.

In addition, the stored personal data will be deleted if the customer decides to withdraw his consent, if the data processed for the purpose of achieving a certain purpose is no longer necessary or if the storage is impermissible for any legal reasons.

The customer has the right to free information regarding the processing of stored data. Provided that the requirements laid down in generally binding legal regulations are complied with, he also has (i) the right to access his personal data, (ii) the right to correct incorrect personal data, (iii) the right to limit (block) the processing of personal data, (iv) the right to object to the processing of personal data processed for direct marketing purposes, (v) the right to delete personal data, especially if they are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were obtained or otherwise processed or if the customer has withdrawn his consent to their processing and if there is no other the legal basis for processing, or if the personal data was processed illegally.

From the date of entry into force of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which repeals Directive 95/46/EC (ie from 25 May 2018), you have fulfillment of the specified conditions and the right to data portability, i.e. you have the right to obtain your personal data, which you voluntarily provided to us in electronic form based on your consent, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and in this context you can request the right to transfer these data to the other operator, as long as such transfer is technically possible (right to data portability).

As a data subject, the customer has the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for the Protection of Personal Data of the Slovak Republic, with headquarters at Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, if he suspects that the customer's personal data is being processed in violation of applicable legislation.
